&

Medical Massage

Massage Therapy

Deep tissue, acupressure, stretching and mobilisation techniques all come together to restore alignment.

A Clothes On Massage

gives more traction and the ability to focus  on muscle adhesions and trigger points throughout the body.

Cotton clothing is ideal.

What takes Tui Na to another level is it's use of acupressure points (acupoints)

Acupoints

Influence & Balance

Safe and effective

Acupoints are highly effective at treating disorders such as:

. Trauma

. Mental health

. Digestive issues

. Post viral fatigue

. M.E.

. Chronic fatigue

. Fibromyalgia

. Insomnia

. Headaches

. Migraines

. High blood pressure

. Menstrual problems

. Impotence

. Oedema

. Allergies

. Arthritic Pain

. Inflammatory  issues.

Some of these work better via TuiNa or Acu-reiki and others work better with acupuncture.  the best results often come from combination treatments using both.

Pressure

. Tui Na goes for results.

. It had a myriad of techniques that can be applied lightly or with great strength.

. The latter can be very intense but gets the job done.

. It all comes down to

what is best for you

Face, Head and Neck

Not just Relaxation

but

several techniques and acupoints are used to Stimulate Collagen,

slowing the ageing process.

Tui Na also uses techniques used in China for hundreds of years that help with:

Dizziness, Migraines, Eyesight, Toothache, Facial paralysis

&

Insomnia.

I find this particular aspect of Tui Na blends beautifully with Reiki work i.e. Acu-Reiki.

It is common for people to fall asleep during these therapies.
