Where Massage, Acupressure and energy work naturally combine? For me as a practitioner, this is Thai. Thai is capable of subtlety and strength and can be beneficial to all body types. Working from the floor is a very grounding and relaxing application, but also allows for greater leverage for the manipulations, which is especially useful for the heavier sports type bodies. When combined with the application of my acutherapy knowledge, intuition of energy work and my experience of the human body mechanics from 20 years of mixed martial arts training it is a true powerhouse. Due to the slow and fluid nature of Thai, the only time bookings available for this therapy is 2 hours.
